1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups frozen corn, thawed
14.5 ounces diced tomatoes or salsa (14.5 ounces)
1 cup ketchup
2 cups Rice Krispies®
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons chili powder
12 flour tortillas, 8-inch diameter
or 12 hard taco shells
Shredded, reduced-calorie Cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce
Non-fat sour cream
Chopped chives
Chopped tomatoes
Salsa

How To Make:
1. In fry pan, cook beef and onions over medium heat until browned. Drain if necessary. Add corn, diced tomatoes, ketchup, KELLOGG'S® RICE KRISPIES® cereal, salt and chili powder. Simmer over low heat 15 minutes,
2. Heat tortillas according to package directions. Portion 1/2 cup meat mixture onto half of each tortilla. If using flour tortillas, fold to form soft taco. Garnish with cheese,lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes and salsa, if desired. Serve immediately.

Ingredients
4 1/2 pounds beef tenderloin roast
2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
2 teaspoons coarse ground black pepper

2 tablespoons dry sherry, if desired
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup cold water

1 teaspoon pepper
10 ounces condensed beef consomme
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon tomato paste

How To Make:
1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Rub beef with oil; sprinkle with pepper. Place beef on rack in shallow roasting pan.
2. Bake uncovered 45 minutes. Cover beef loosely with tent of foil and let stand 15 to 20 minutes
3. Meanwhile, in 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook onion, garlic and mushrooms in butter 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are completely tender and beginning to brown. Stir in sherry. In small bowl, mix cornstarch and water; stir cornstarch mixture into mushroom mixture. add thyme, pepper and beef consomme; cook and stir about 2 minutes or until slightly thickened . Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
1 1/2 cups hot water
1 box heddar cheese melt
1 cup Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa (any variety)
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
(15 oz each) spicy chili beans in sauce, undrained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tomato, chopped

How To Make:
1. In oven, cook beef over medium-high heat 7 minutes, stirring , until thoroughly cooked; drain.
2. Stiring hot water, sauce mix and uncooked pasta , salsa, milk, chili powder and beans. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently.
3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring , until pasta is tender.
4. Remove from heat; stir. Sprinkle each serving with cheese and tomato.

8 lasagna noodles
1 lb extra-lean ground beef
2 cloves garlic, chopped
25.5 oz Muir Glen® organic herb pasta sauce
2 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
2 egg
15 oz reduced-fat ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese 8 oz
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

How To Make:
1. Cook and drain noodles as directed on package. Place in cold water.
2. in 12-inch skillet, cook beef ,garlic over medium-high heat 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in pasta sauce, ground red pepper add 1 teaspoon of the basil. Heat to boiling, stirring . Remove from heat.
3. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In medium bowl, beat egg slightly. Stir in ricotta cheese and remaining 1/2 teaspoon basil until blended. Drain noodles. Spread about 1/2 cup sauce mixture over bottom of baking dish. Top with 3 noodles, add the sauce mixture, half of the ricotta mixture and add mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers once. Top with remaining noodles, sauce and mozzarella cheese; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Spray 15-inch piece of foil with cooking spray. Cover lasagna with foil.
4. Bake 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 15 minutes longer or until browning. ready to serve...
