How To Make Kimchi (Kimchi Recipe)






Ingredients :

1 Large Chinese cabbage

1/2 cup Sea salt

1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

5 Spring onions, finely chopped

2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped

5 cm Fresh ginger, grated

3 teaspoons Chopped fresh chili

1 tablespoon caster sugar

2 1/2 cups Cold water


How To Cook :
Cut the cabbage in half, then into large bite-sized pieces.
Place a layer of cabbage in a large bowl and sprinkle with a little salt. Continue with layers of cabbage and salt, finishing with a salt layer.
Cover with a dinner plate that will fit as snugly as possible over the top of the cabbage.
Weigh down the plate with cans or a small brick and leave the bowl in a cool place for 5 days.
Remove the weights and plate, pour off any liquid, then rinse the cabbage well under cold running water.
Squeeze out any excess water and combine the cabbage with the cayenne pepper, spring onion, garlic, ginger, chili and sugar.Mix well to combine before spooning the cabbage into a large sterilized jar.
Pour the water over the top and seal with a tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 days before eating. sprinkle with sesame and fresh chili.this food is very famous in korean.kimchi eaten with steamed rice....happy cooking

How To Make Bulgogi (Bulgogi Recipe)







Ingredients :

2 tablespoons Dark soy sauce

1 tablespoons Light soy sauce

4 tablespoons Sugar

1 bunch (about 8)Scallions, white and tender green parts only, coarsely chopped

1(about 2 inch)Fresh ginger, peeled and grated

6 cloves Garlic, minced

2 tablespoons Cooking rice wine

5 tablespoons Sesame oil

2 lb / 1 kg Beef tenderloin, sliced as thin as possible

3 tablespoons margarine

How To Cook:

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly except the sliced beef.
Add the beef and marinade for about 1 hour.
Heat some cooking oil in a large frying pan.
Put the sliced beef in a few at a time and sear on both sides for about 1 minute per side.give some sesame that has been frying.this food is verry deLicious...

Cara Membuat Sate manis pedas(Resep Sate)






bahan; dada ayam ambil dagingnya ,potong kecil-kecil dadu
cabe merah besar 5 buah
cabe kecil 3 buah
bawang putih 4 buah
gula merah secukupnya
2 sendok madu
jintan secukupnya
ketumbar secukupnya
semua bhan ini dihaluskan,
kecap manis secukupnya


Cara Memasak:
daging ayam td di campurkan dgn bahan dihaluskan ,tambahkan kecap,aduk rata biarkan bumbu meresap diamkan selama 2jam ,baru setelah itu dipanggang diatas kompor,setelah itu TA...DA...DA sate manis pedas pun siap dihidangkan

How to make tiramisu cheese cake(Tiramisu Recipe)




Ingredients:

* 1 (12 ounce) package ladyfingers
* 4 tablespoons butter, melted
* 4 tablespoons coffee flavored liqueur
* 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
* 1 (8 ounce) container mascarpone cheese
* 1 cup white sugar
* 2 eggs
* 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
* 1 (1 ounce) square semisweet chocolate

how to cook:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place a pan of water on the bottom of oven.
2. Crush the package of ladyfingers to fine crumbs. Mix the melted butter into the crumbs. Moisten with 2 tablespoons of the coffee liqueur. Press into an 8 or 9 inch springform pan.
3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mascarpone, and sugar until very smooth. Add 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur, and mix. Add the eggs and the flour; mix SLOWLY until just smooth. The consistency of the mascarpone can vary. If the cheesecake batter is too thick, add a little cream. Do not overmix at this point. Pour batter into crust.
4. Place pan on middle rack of oven. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until just set. Open oven door, and turn off the heat. Leave cake to cool in oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, and let it finish cooling. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight. Right before serving, grate the semi-sweet chocolate overtop.happy cooking....

1 medium cup of crushed ice

* 1 cup low-fat vanilla soy milk
* 1/4 cup cranberry-raspberry juice

* 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt

Preparation:

1. Place frozen cherries in a blender or food processor, fitted with a metal blade.

How To Make French Onion Soup (Onion Soup Recipe)




* 3 pounds Vidalia onions, sliced thin
* 6 Tbsp butter (margarine or oil for vegetarian soup)
* 2 Tbsp canola oil
* 3 cloves garlic, chopped
* 1 Tbsp white sugar
* 1/2 cup all purpose flour
* 7-8 cups beef broth
* 2 tsp thyme leaves, ground, or to taste
* 3 bay leaves, whole
* 1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
* 1 1/2 cup dry white wine

Garnish:

* 1 loaf French bread, sliced thick
* 1 cup mozzarella and parmesan cheese, mixed
* 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced

Directions:

1. Heat butter and oil in large stock pot until hot but not burning.
2. Add onions and cook on low-medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes until onions are deep brown, tender and cooked down.
3. Meanwhile, as the onions are cooking, put equal amounts of the cheese mixture on each slice of bread and place on a baking sheet. Broil on medium or bake in a 350 degree oven just until cheese is bubbly. Do not allow to burn. Set aside.
4. Add garlic and sugar to the onions. Cook an additional 10 minutes.
5. Sprinkle flour over the top and stir, making a roux.
6. Add beef broth 1 cup at a time, stirring constantly on low heat until soup is thickened.
7. Add thyme, bay leaves and pepper and simmer on low for another 30 minutes.
8. Stir frequently. Do not allow soup to burn.
9. Turn off heat, add the dry white wine and let sit.
10. Remove bay leaves

How To Make Apple Pie (Apple Pie Recipe)




STEP ONE MAKE CRUST (recipe makes one double crust):

2 1/2 cups white flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup cold butter, broken into small pieces
5 tbsp. cold vegetable shortening
8 tbsp. ice water

* Measure the flour, sugar and salt togetherl. Stir to combine.
* Add the chilled butter pieces and shortening to the bowl. Cut them in with a pastry cutter or knife. Don't over mix them.
* Add the ice water. Mix until the dough holds together (add a bit more water, if necessary).
* Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface, knead it together, then divide in half.
* Flatten each half into a disk, wrap in saran wrap and chill for at least half an hour.
* Roll out one of the disks on a lightly floured surface until you have a circle that's about 12 inches in diameter.
* Put the circle in a 9" pie plate, trimming any extra dough from the edges with a sharp knife (parents only). Return it to the refrigerator until you are ready to make the pie.
* Add filling (see below)
* Roll out the second ball of dough and cover top. Use a fork or your fingers to pinch the edges together. cut a couple slits in the top.

STEP TWO MAKE FILLING

1/3 to 2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
8 medium sized apples (a medium apple = about 1 cup)
2 tablespoons margarine

* Heat oven to 425 degrees.
* Peel, core and slice the apples. Try to keep the size of the slices even.
* Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt in large bowl.
* Stir in apples.
* Pour into pastry-lined pie plate.
* Dot with margarine.
* Cover with top crust and seal the edges. Cut slits in the top.
* OPTIONAL: Cover edge with 3-inch strip of aluminum foil to prevent too much browning.
* Remove foil during last 15 minutes of baking.
* Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through slits in crust.
SERVING IN CONDITION WARM
