Ingredients:

12 chicken wings.
1 cup of flour.
1 ½ teaspoons ginger root, finely minced.
1 ½ teaspoons garlic, finely minced.
1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
1 teaspoon of water.
½ teaspoon of turmeric, ground.
½ teaspoon of salt.
oil,for deep frying.

How To Make:

Rinse chicken,Remove the wing tips and reserve for the soup pot.Cut each wing in half at the joint.
In a bowl, combine the wings and other ingredients except the vegetable oil.
Mix, cover,Shake chicken the flour mixture until well-coated and refrigerate for 3 hours.
In a large, deep pan, heat the oil, then add the wings and fry until golden brown on both sides .ready to serve

Ingredients:

*1 good chicken,cut into serving pieces, or use 8 to 10 leg pieces (drumsticks and thighs), trimmed of excess fat.
* salt and pepper
* oil,for deep frying
* 1 cup flour
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 cup of milk.
* 1 medium egg, beaten.

How To Make:

In plastic bag, combine flour, salt, pepper, and baking powder.Add the milk and egg gradually to form the batter. Shake chicken the flour mixture until well-coated. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours. Put 1 1/2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet; heat to medium high, . Place chicken in hot oil.WHEN oil is hot raise heat to high. Slowly add chicken pieces to skillet. Cover skillet, reduce heat to medium (more or less - oil should sizzle but not smoke) and cook for 7 minutes. When chicken pieces are hot and browning well, lower heat to medium low. Continue cooking for 8 to 12 minutes on each side or until well-browned ,REMOVE chicken from skillet and drain on paper towels placed on newspaper .ready to serve

Ingredients:

* 1 pound boneless chicken tenders
* vegetable oil for deep frying
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 cup water

How To Make:
Cut chicken into nugget-size pieces, about 1x1/2-inch. add oil in deep fryer . Mix flour with salt in a bowl. Mix vinegar with baking soda. Mix All with water , beat until smooth. put chicken pieces into batter, allow excess batter to drip off into the bowl. Fry chicken nuggets,until golden brown, ready to serve
