How To Make Cherry Cola Brownies (Cherry Cola Brownies Recipes)




Ingredients
Brownie
1 box (1 lb 6.5 oz) brownie mix (with chocolate syrup pouch)
1/4 cup cherry cola carbonated beverage
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
Frosting
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup cherry cola carbonated beverage
24 maraschino cherries, if desired

How To Make:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray or shortening.
2. In medium bowl, stir brownie mix, pouch of chocolate syrup, 1/4 cup cherry cola, oil and eggs until well blended. Spread in pan. Bake 28 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from sides of pan come out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
3.meanwhile, In large bowl, beat frosting ingredients with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Spread evenly over brownies. For brownies, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Garnish each with cherry.ready to serve...

How To Make Dark Chocolate Cake(Chocolate Cake Recipes)





Ingredients

* 2 cups boiling water
* 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
* 2 teaspoons baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 cup butter, softened
* 2 1/2 cups white sugar
* 4 eggs
* 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How To Make:

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 3 - 9 inch round cake pans. In medium bowl, pour boiling water over cocoa, and whisk until smooth. Let mixture cool. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; set aside.
-In a large bowl, mix cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at time, then stir in vanilla. Add the flour mixture alternately with the cocoa mixture. Spread batter evenly between the 3 prepared pans.

How To Make Chocolate Mousse Cake(Chocolate Mousse Cake Recipe)




Ingredients
5 egg whites
150 g sugar
150 g hazelnuts ,chopped
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
300 g dark semi chocolate
4 egg yolks
75 gr sugar
whipping cream

How To Cook:

heat oven to 350 deg F or 180 deg C.Line a 9 inch (23 cm) cake tin with grease proof and grease the tin.Mixer the eggs whites until stiff , add the sugar and whisk well .Mix with finely hazelnuts and cocoa powder.Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool the cake.
Melt finely chopped dark chocolate over hot water.Beat the egg yolks with 75 gr sugar until white.Heat whipping cream and whisk in beaten egg yolks.after that Fold in melted chocolate.Cool it.after that whisk 1 cup of whipping cream. add the egg and chocolate mixture, one tablespoon at a time until the filling becomes soft, then the remaining part of the cream.Transfer to the cake tin, and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours. 2 teaspoon baking powder

185 g butter

120 g chocolate chips
150 g chopped walnuts

Frosting
1/3 cup (75 g) butter
8 oz (220 g) sweet dark chocolate
2 tablespoon light corn syrup
2 tablespoon hot espresso

How To Cook:
Melt the butter in a saucepan.In a bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and vanilla extract.Add eggs, melted butter and hot water and mix until smooth.Add chocolate chips and nuts.Bake at 350 degrees F until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.Cool the cake. for the frosting, mix all the ingredient for frosting and heat in a double boiler until melted. How To Make Black Forest Cake(Black Forest Cake Recipe)



Ingredients
110 gr butter, softened
280 gr confectioners'sugar
2 eggs
200 gr (all-purpose flour)
50 gr cocoa powder
1 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoons vanilla
1.8 dl buttermilk

Ingredients for filling,
1/4 c. kirsch (cherry brandy)
1 cans cherry pie filling
16 oz. heavy whipping cream
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Milk chocolate curls or shavings, for garnish
Maraschino cherries or sweet cherries, for garnish,


How To Cook:

1. heat oven to 180 deg C.
2. Line in two 9-inch layer cake pans (23 cm) cake pan with greaseproof
3. mixer it, beat the softened butter with sugar until white and fluffy.
4. Add one egg at a time, mix well for each egg.
5. Add sifted flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract and buttermilk, and mix until smooth.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.u
7. When cake is cool, then slit it horizontally 3 equal layers.

How To Filling:


1. Drain cherry pie filling in a colander to remove most of the thickened juices.
2. Beat the whipping cream with confectioners' sugar until it thickens.
3. Using a vegetable peeler, shave chocolate; refrigerate until to serve.

How To Assembling:
Sprinkle each layer of the cake with Kirschwasser.Place one cake layer on a serving plate.Spread about one fifth of the whipped cream on the layer, and strew half of the cherries on top of the whipped cream.Set other layer on top of cherries and spread top and sides of cake with remaining cream, shape whipped cream into decorative swirls on top. How To Make Chesse Cake(Chesse Cake Recipe)






Ingredients:
For Crust:
2 cups (200 grams) of graham wafer crumbs
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup (114 grams) unsalted butter,melted

For Filling:
4 ounces packages cream cheese
1 1/2 cup sugar
6 large eggs
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 pint sour cream,vanilla,sugar and strawberry for topping

How TO Make:
For Crust ,mix all the ingredients,Press into bottom of 8 inch pie plate.and about 1 inch (2.5 cm) up the sides of the springform pan. Cover and refrigerate while you make the filling. Remove the crust from the refrigerator and pour in the filling. Place the cheesecake pan on a larger baking pan and place in the oven.Bake at 325 for 1 hour, turn of heat.When cheesecake is done baking, cool slightly then spread the sour cream topping on top of the cheesecake.Happy Cooking....




For Filling
Mix cream cheese,sugar in the bowl,until smooth. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well (about 30 seconds) after each addition.Add lemon zest,vanilla and beat until incorporated.

How to make tiramisu cheese cake(Tiramisu Recipe)




Ingredients:

* 1 (12 ounce) package ladyfingers
* 4 tablespoons butter, melted
* 4 tablespoons coffee flavored liqueur
* 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
* 1 (8 ounce) container mascarpone cheese
* 1 cup white sugar
* 2 eggs
* 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
* 1 (1 ounce) square semisweet chocolate

how to cook:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place a pan of water on the bottom of oven.
2. Crush the package of ladyfingers to fine crumbs. Mix the melted butter into the crumbs. Moisten with 2 tablespoons of the coffee liqueur. Press into an 8 or 9 inch springform pan.
3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mascarpone, and sugar until very smooth. Add 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur, and mix. Add the eggs and the flour; mix SLOWLY until just smooth. The consistency of the mascarpone can vary. If the cheesecake batter is too thick, add a little cream. Do not overmix at this point. Pour batter into crust.
4. Place pan on middle rack of oven. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until just set. Open oven door, and turn off the heat. Leave cake to cool in oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, and let it finish cooling. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight. Right before serving, grate the semi-sweet chocolate overtop.happy cooking....
