How To Make Chesse Cake(Chesse Cake Recipe)






Ingredients:
For Crust:
2 cups (200 grams) of graham wafer crumbs
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup (114 grams) unsalted butter,melted

For Filling:
4 ounces packages cream cheese
1 1/2 cup sugar
6 large eggs
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 pint sour cream,vanilla,sugar and strawberry for topping

How TO Make:
For Crust ,mix all the ingredients,Press into bottom of 8 inch pie plate.and about 1 inch (2.5 cm) up the sides of the springform pan. Cover and refrigerate while you make the filling. Remove the crust from the refrigerator and pour in the filling. Place the cheesecake pan on a larger baking pan and place in the oven.Bake at 325 for 1 hour, turn of heat.When cheesecake is done baking, cool slightly then spread the sour cream topping on top of the cheesecake.Happy Cooking....




For Filling
Mix cream cheese,sugar in the bowl,until smooth. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well (about 30 seconds) after each addition.Add lemon zest,vanilla and beat until incorporated.
