How To Make Lasagna(Lasagna Recipe)







Ingredients
* 8 ounces lasagna noodles
* 1 pound lean ground beef
* 1/2 chopped onion
* 8 ounces mushrooms, optional
* 1 jar (about 16 ounces) spaghetti sauce, your favorite
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon dried leaf oregano, crumbled
* 1/2 teaspoon dried leaf basil, crumbled
* 2 cups shredded Fontina cheese
* 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
* 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 4 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 cup milk
* 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

How To Cook:

First of all,cook Lasagna Noodles as direction,rinse and drain.after that in large frying pan heat olive oil,brown beef ,onion,and mushrooms,Stir in spaghetti sauce, garlic powder, salt, oregano, and basil,In a medium saucepan over medium heat,make a roux with flour and milk, cook until sauce thickens.
layer 1/3 of the lasagna noodles, 1/3 of the sauce ,Spread 1/3 of the mushroom mixture on top of the noodles; spread 1/3 of the sauce over the mushroom mixture. Repeat layering two more times, ending with the sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella ,fontina and parmesan cheese.Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil.Bake lasagna at 350° for 30 minutes, or until thoroughly heated and bubbly.let stand for 5-7 minutes before cutting and serving.Happy cooking.....
